Self Portraits

So a few weeks ago I was looking through some pictures of my family and realized once again that I didn't have any recent pictures of me. The last picture of myself was taken in September and since then I have lost about 20 pounds.

So while the kids were napping, I got out my camera and took some self portraits. It took several tries to get everything right but I finally took a few that I really liked. So here are just two of them...


  All the positive responses I got from posting the pictures really made me feel good about myself and kept my motivation high. All the hard days at the gym, all the miles I have put on the treadmill, and all the weights I have lifted are paying off. 
I have a few more fitness goals that I want to achieve so I will post more pictures once I reach my goals.
